Antalyaspor coach Jose Morais admits he came close to landing the Swansea City job.

Morais has worked together with Jose Mourinho for seven years at Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Chelsea.

On Swansea, he told the Mail on Sunday: "There were discussions and the possibility was open to go.

"I really believe in the next years I will coach in the English league and also believe I will be a champion, to win a league and a European trophy. It is a question of time and this will happen.'
