Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka has become the new on-call comedian of the dressing room.

The Daily Mail says Anelka has been cracking jokes to his team-mates and seems to fancy himself as a stand-up comedian.

But with typical French comedic flair, it appears he may need new material.
