A second half Nicolas Anelka hat-trick helped Chelsea fight back from a goal down to win 3-1 at Watford. Totally against the run of play Tamas Priskin gave the Hornets the lead after the break, but two goals in a minute, then another late on by Anelka saw Chelsea progress to the quarter finals of the FA Cup.
"The response is what you are looking for and we reacted wonderfully well," Chelsea caretaker boss Ray Wilkins told Setanta Sports.
"We upped our tempo. I changed it a tad and went 4-4-2 as I wanted the natural width.
"When you have got the likes of Nicolas (Anelka) and Didier (Drogba) through the middle you have a great chance of upsetting some people and that is what we did.
"I thought Nicolas did some good stuff out wide as well. I think modern day football requires multi-tasks of a person and Nicolas can do this.
"I have said that all along that they can play well (together) because they have natural talent and they are both very good footballers.
"We have no problems with that whatsoever."
