Nicolas Anelka insists he's committed to Shanghai Shenhua.
Anelka is eager to be joined in China by his former Chelsea teammate Didier Drogba.
"I am waiting for him," Anelka said, before thinly veiled attack on the rest of team-mates.
The 33-year-old added: "There were a lot of games when I was alone in front, I would think if Didier was here the situation would be better. I could pass him the ball."
In the interview with Oriental Sports Daily, the former Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City and Real Madrid man, also said he had no intention of returning to Europe despite the difficulties he has faced.
He added: "I won't go back to the Premier League. If one day I leave Shenhua, it will be the day I retire.
"I will never go back, although I had a good time there. But now I'm in Shenhua and this is my own decision."
