Andros Townsend has enjoyed his first games with Crystal Palace.

The winger featured in all three of the club's pre-season matches across the Atlantic in the United States and Canada.

"There's no nervousness," said Townsend, regarding the pressure of a £13m move.

"I'm in a good position in that I came early and done the whole of preseason. I've got to know the boys.

"From the time the Premier League starts, I'll know everyone inside out and I can hit the ground running."
