Sporting Kansas City are taking a close look at Andrea Pisanu.

The Bologna striker is trialling with Sporting with the view to winning a MLS contract.

Pisanu joined the Rossoblu from Parma in January 2010 in a co-ownership deal after spending about five years at the Stadio Ennio Tardini. Prior to that he played with Cagliari, Siena, Verona and Varese.
