Myles Anderson has had his contract with Blackburn Rovers mutually terminated.

The 22-year old defender arrived at Ewood Park in July 2011 but failed to make a first-team appearance and will now search for a new club.

"The club would like to offer best wishes to Myles for his future career," read a club statement.

Anderson kicked off his senior career with Aberdeen before making the move to Rovers where he was sent on loan to Aldershot Town in 2012.
