Anderlecht striker Romelu Lukaku is excited to be moving to Chelsea.
The Belgians announced yesterday they'd agreed terms with Chelsea for the 18 year-old.
Lukaku posted a comment on Twitter which read: "I have an announcement to make...Next week I'm going to London for the medical tests."
