Anderlecht chief Herman van Holsbeeck says Matias Suarez is a superior talent to Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.
Suarez is a target for "fifteen clubs", including Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool.
Van Holsbeeck, who sold Lukaku to Chelsea for £13 million, declared: "Is Suarez worth more than Lukaku? He has more technical ability than Lukaku, but the price of Romelu was also determined by his age and potential."
