Anderlecht have informed Chelsea of their asking price for Romelu Lukaku.
The Daily Express says Chelsea have been told they will have to pay £18million if they are to land Anderlect's Lukaku.
Lukaku has made it clear he wants to move to Stamford Bridge.
Anderlecht management accept Lukaku's decision, but are clear he will only move on their terms.
