Anderlecht manager Herman Van Holsbeeck has given his approval to Cheikhou Kouyate to sign for West Ham United.
The Daily Star says Kouyate will now undergo a medical and sign a four-year contract with the Hammers according to reports in Belgium.
Van Holsbeeck gave West Ham the green light to complete a deal for the 24-year-old.
Kouyate will become Sam Allardyce's second signing of the summer following the free transfer arrival of Argentinian forward Mauro Zarate from Velez Sarsfield.
