Anderlecht are concerned by Liverpool's interest in striker Dieumerci Mbokani.

Despite the fact that Mbokani only moved to Anderlecht from Monaco last year, club general manager Herman Van Holsbeeck is taking the threat seriously.

"There is nothing concrete but it's clear that all of Europe are looking for this kind of striker," he told the Belgian media.

"He works hard and he's a real flag-bearer for his type of striker."
