Anderlecht sporting director Herman Van Holsbeeck has admitted that he would be forced to sell Belgium international Leander Dendoncker if any club make an offer in the range of £20m-£30m.
The latest update is certainly a boost for Manchester United, who according to multiple reports, are actively pursuing the midfield powerhouse.
Van Holsbeeck said: "We want to cherish him, but if a club is willing to pay between €25million and €35m, we have a problem.
"Against Man United [in the Europa League], he has shown twice that he has the potential to play at a top European club."
The 22-year-old has already made 126 appearances for Anderlecht.
