Newcastle United are on the verge of completing the signing of Chancel Mbemba from Anderlecht, reports Sky Sports.
The Democratic Republic of Congo international defender is due on Tyneside for a medical in the next 24 hours, with a fee of around £8m being agreed between the two clubs.
