Anderlecht chairman still angry with Musonda family over Chelsea move

Anderlecht chairman Roger vanden Stock is still angry over the departure of Charly Musonda Jr to Chelsea.

Chelsea paid a hefty fee to Anderlecht for Charly and his old brothers Lamisha and Tika.

But Vanden Stock says: "I am very disappointed. For me it was clear that Charly Jr would remain with Anderlecht for a few more years. That was agreed with his father.

"Anderlecht was apparently not convincing enough.

"But what can we do? It is the tactic of Chelsea to sign any exceptional talent early. Belgium allows your players under sixteen to have no contract so other countries can move in. In the absence of a general European rule, we are powerless.

"Perhaps we should be the first to borrow him later."
