Anderlecht insist they will not sell Youri Tielemans this summer.
The 17 year-old midfielder is a target for Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham.
But manager Herman Van Holsbeeck insists Tielemans will not be sold, "Even for twenty million he is not leaving."
