Former Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti says Zinedine Zidane has everything needed to succeed in the job.
The Italian is in no doubt that the Frenchman "has got what it takes to succeed".
Speaking at the Marca awards gala, Ancelotti said: "You could say that Zidane lacks experience – when you start a job, you don't have experience – that's the case for everyone, but you gain it. Zidane has got everything he needs to become a great coach: he's got charisma, he has all of the capacity required to be a good coach.
"He knows football inside out and he's got everything he needs to coach Real Madrid. What is success? It's the results over the season; it's working so that the players are at their maximum level. Zidane will triumph because he has charisma and personality and the players will give their all for him. He's going to extract the best out of every one of them."
