Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti insists he's happy with Gareth Bale's contribution.

Bale has been linked with Manchester United this past week.

"He has been performing well. He had good moments when the team was on a winning streak and struggled at other times when the team wasn't enjoying a run of victories," said Ancelotti.

"He had some minor problems and he's gotten used to playing with the team more. He adapted very well from the get go last season and was fantastic and this season he has played similarly to the team."
