AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti remains in charge after crisis talks yesterday.

Ancelotti met with vice-president Adriano Galliani in the afternoon and emerged to tell reporters: "We had a meeting to find the best technical solution and we found it.

"We just discussed the difficult time that the team has been going through."

Sporting director Ariedo Braida, chief medic Jean Pierre Meersseman and fitness guru Daniele Tognaccini were also present at the meeting.
