The Brazilian is a target for Flamengo, but Ancelotti said: "Ronaldo has never expressed any desire to leave Milan in my presence.
"He is completely committed to Milan and he will continue to give his full commitment to trying to restart training with a ball."
All Diavolo eyes will be on young striking ace Alexandre Pato who is now available to play, as the world champions look unlikely to add any other new faces in the transfer window.
"I have never asked the club to sign new strikers, even if Ronaldo's recovery isn't quick," Ancelotti insisted.
"The addition of Pato will give us different options and I'm convinced that we will remain unchanged at the end of the month."
