Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti insists the pressure of the job is no different from what he's experienced in the past.

Ancelotti is waiting to open new contract talks with Real.

He said: "Real Madrid's objectives are very clear: they give you every possibility to compete at the top level in every competition, so the objective is to win.

"The same thing happened at Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain or Milan, because every side has its objectives and for a Coach it doesn't matter whether the target is to avoid relegation or lift a trophy. The work doesn't change."
