Former AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti says Andrea Pirlo would enhance Inter Milan's game.
The New York City FC midfielder is being linked with a loan move to the Nerazzurri.
“Is Pirlo the right man for Inter? I think the idea is born from the fact that (Roberto) Mancini has put together a compact and physical team that is missing a little bit of quality," Ancelotti said to Radio Anch'io lo Sport.
“Pirlo could maybe give this quality, in this way I would see it going very well. He is still a treasure of football even if he plays in the United States.
“Inter? They convince me because strength and balance are key components to winning a Scudetto and Mancini is good at presenting his team this way."
