Reports linking Ashley Cole and Didier Drogba with moves away from Stamford Bridge have been denied by Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti. England star Cole has been linked with a move to Real Madrid in a possible reunion with former Blues boss Jose Mourinho, while Drogba has been mooted as a possible target for big-spending Manchester City.
Asked about Cole's link with Real Madrid, Ancelotti said: "It is not true." It was a phrase he repeated when asked about City's supposed interest in Drogba.
The Blues have also been credited with an interest in Atletico Madrid star Sergio Aguero, but Ancelotti says he is not chasing the Argentine ace.
"No, it is not true," said Ancelotti about interest in Aguero.
