Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti wants a show of respect from his players.
He said: "I will stay how I was the last time in Milan. I'm a normal person and I want a good relationship with the players because the players are the most important people for the team.
"And I want to be myself with the relationship with the players. I don't mind if the players use an informal or formal way of speaking with me - it doesn't interest me. It interests me that the player has respect for my position - I am the coach and I have to choose.
"At the same time I have respect for players. This is my system to bring forward the relationship. The most difficult thing is when you have to choose players that want to play.
"It's not easy. As a manager you have to choose between great players and good team players and that's not easy. I don't shout like Sir Alex. I've never needed to - but maybe it's possible. I like to speak with the players. It's not easy if you have to explain why a player doesn't play.
"Did I ever lose control as a player? When I was a player, I was not always quiet."
