Former AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti says his old club must keep hold of Mario Balotelli.
The Real Madrid boss knows the young striker is underfire in Italy.
"He absolutely must remain at Milan because he is a great talent," said Ancelotti.
"Great players are always resources, but everyone has to take responsibility for their own place in the club, whether they are players or Coaches.
"As for Milan, you win with champions. You win a race with horses, not donkeys."
