British boxing champ Amir Khan visited Manchester United training yesterday.

The Bolton boy paid a visit to see Javier Hernandez, Rio Ferdinand and Alexander Buttner ahead of the fifth round tie on Monday night.

Hernandez wrote on Twitter: 'A pleasure to meet you, and thank you very much for the boxing glove!'

Khan was quick to reiterate his support for hometown club Bolton Wanderers - despite being pictured in a United shirt, he said: 'Still a true Bolton fan all the way.'
