Marco Amelia has hailed the quality of AC Milan's goalkeepers.
Amelia was a last-minute replacement against Juventus when Christian Abbiati pulled out during the warm-up with back pain, but contributed to the 1-0 victory.
"It isn't easy having to go into a game like Milan-Juventus with only a few minutes of warning, but fortunately I have a strong personality and the experience to face delicate situations like this," Amelia told Milan Channel.
"In my view, today Abbiati and I are the best pair of goalkeepers in Italy. Maybe only Juventus with Gigi Buffon and Marco Storari have two figures of the same level as Milan.
"There is also hope for the future, as Gabriel is an excellent goalkeeper for one so young. Right now he is shut out by me and Abbiati, but I am sure he'll have a great future ahead of him."
