AC Milan goalkeeper Marco Amelia admits they're battling a crisis.
The Rossoneri are currently in 10th position in the table and have just crashed out of the Champions League.
"It's a delicate situation for us at the moment," Amelia told Milan Channel. "We haven't been getting results and we're very sorry for the club, the fans and ourselves.
"It's going to be difficult to reverse this trend , but in the next games we have to pull together and have the right mentality.
"It's been difficult since the summer, but we won't get a reaction if we keep being negative.
"It's normal to be criticised at moments like this, but now it's up to us to us to prove that we have value as players.
"At the end of the season I'm sure there'll be assessments so that we can become a team that is capable of winning.
"I remember in 1998 Milan had a difficult season, but the following year we managed to win the championship."
