Former Rangers and Portsmouth midfielder Amdy Faye is happy with his move to Stoke City.
Faye had a trial at the Britannia Stadium in the summer and impressed enough to earn a contract, and he is loving every second of life in the Potteries.
"When I spoke to some people they said good things about Stoke and the manager, which is why I came here," he told Stoke's website.
"I'm enjoying myself, Harry Redknapp said very good things about the manager and I'm very happy to be here.
"I knew Fuller, Griffin and Pericard from Portsmouth and some of my Senegal team mates are here so it's like home."
Finally, the tough-tackling midfielder believes the Potters have every chance of staying up if they continue to battle and play as well as they have done so far this season.
"Of course we can stay up, we have players who have played in the Premier League before and you just have to fight in every game."
