AC Milan midfielder Massimo Ambrosini admits they must beat Shakhtar Donetsk tonight.

"This game is important because it comes at a delicate moment, but we'll deal with it with a particular determination because we want to shake off this bad period," said Ambrosini.

"From our side there is no resignation or sadness, but a fierce desire to move forward. We understand our strength, the strength that we have always had.
