Amazing Chelsea Christmas snub leaves Anelka fuming

Chelsea have delivered an amazing final snub to departing striker Nicolas Anelka.
The Daily Mail says Anelka quits Chelsea this weekend, still fuming after a snub from the management over the staff Christmas party.
Anelka, who is leaving to join big-spending Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua, was overlooked for last week's silver service lunch at the club's Cobham training ground.
Chelsea put on the lavish banquet for the first team squad, reserves and management for Christmas, hiring waitresses especially for the occasion.
One friend of Anelka, who has spent nearly five years at the club, described his omission as 'an insult' after a successful career at Stamford Bridge.

WTF is that supposed to mean.the fact that AVB is the manager does not mean he was responsible for the invitations.these are club issues, do not turn them into religious ones.
Obviously winning 4 trophies including the Europa means he is not a nobody however he is arrogant and disrespectful.Until he proves himself at CFC he needs to realise he has to show respect to gain it it seems he didnt learn a thing from Jose. Jose would never play the silly high line defence unless he had pacy defenders nor would he gamble by risking a counter and sitting on the half way line. The best football we have played in the 2000s was in Jose's first season. AVB was his opposition scout there is no excuse for not knowing HIS own players and the opposition. Nor is it an excuse to persist with a system the players neither believe in or are capable of playing. I don't think he is useless but he is stubborn and i'm getting sick of hearing him pass the blame to the players under Jose they were fully prepared and primed and believed in the manager.
AVB is a small boy ... he doesn't know anything ... He is nobody ... just trying to show that he is something . Anelka will return to England later and teach him lesson
