Amauri welcomes Cannavaro Juventus return

Amauri has welcomed the prospect of Real Madrid defender Fabio Cannavaro returning to Juventus next season.

“We spoke about Cannavaro in the dressing room and all agreed that he is a great champion who will give us something extra in defence,” he said.

Of his own future, the striker says he wants to play out his career with Juve.

“I'm very happy to be here and I want to finish my career as a Bianconero,” Amauri told Datasport. "If I had my time again I would make the same choices and sign for Juventus.

“I have been injured recently, but that isn't responsible for the tough time the team have been going through.”

a player like Trezigoal who finished 2nd top scorer last year shouldn't be let go easily. Look how many strikers Milan has yet they try and keep them all. Inter depend mostly on Ibra and always suffer when he fails to score. Players who can deliver regularly are rare and when they go on a slump you just get rid of them. Let David go and we will regret it.
