Morgan Amalfitano hailed West Ham United's team spirit after victory over Manchester City.
Amalfitano got the ball rolling with a 21st-minute opener, his second at the Boleyn Ground, but was merely grateful that it paved the way for another fine Barclays Premier League win.
He told West Ham TV: "It's a great win, against a massive team, but with all the respect that we had for them, we've produced a big performance.
"It was difficult right up until the end, but we're united as a team and so when it's like that, when you defend as a unit, you can attack better too. That's what made the difference.
"With five added minutes, we knew that it was going to be very tough. We gave nothing away, so we bring back the important victory that we now have."
