Alves happy to wind-up Real Madrid's Ronaldo after Barcelona triumph

Barcelona fullback Daniel Alves was happy to wind-up Cristiano Ronaldo after Real Madrid's defeat last night. Before the El Clasico, Ronaldo joked he hoped to score "10 or 20 goals" on the night, but managed to fluff the best chance for Real in the 1-0 defeat.

Afterwards, Alves smiled: "Cristiano Ronaldo? After so much time out, it is normal that he was a little lacking in pace and more so in such an important game.

"He had their best chance in the first half but failed. Perhaps the desire to score 10 or 20 goals was a bit too much for him!"
