Hull City reject Jozy Altidore has no regrets over his tumultuous loan spell at the KC.

Altidore remains with Villarreal and is preparing to face England in the World Cup with the USA.

Altidore said: "I've grown as a player. I've improved and I want to keep getting better. I hope I keep raising the bar."

The 21-year-old reveals USA are counting the days until they face England, adding: "I've got butterflies in my stomach. Everyone is excited."
