Jozy Altidore is eager to show the Sunderland supporters what he is capable of.
The 23-year old American striker has joined the Black Cats on a four-year deal from Dutch club AZ Alkmaar and is thrilled to be returning to the Premier League whilst commencing his career at the Stadium of Light.
He posted the following on Twitter:

During his time with Alkmaar, Altidore scored 39 Eredivisie goals in 67 appearances and eight goals in 10 cup outings.
The former New York Red Bulls, Hull City and Villarreal forward has also netted 17 international goals for the US throughout his career including one in each of his past four outings, three of which have been in World Cup qualifiers.
