Almeria signing Modeste M'Bami has explained why he failed to sign with Wigan Athletic.
M'Bami has agreed a deal with Almeria in the last 24 hours.
He told Sky Sports: "There were a few issues which prevented a deal being closed with Wigan, with money being the main problem."
