The agent of Danny Allsopp says a return to Melbourne Victory is on as he negotiates a release from his Al Rayyan deal.
Allsopp is surplus to requirements after Al-Rayyan's new coach, Brazilian Paulo Autuori, recalled Oman striker Emad Al Hosani from a six-month loan deal in Belgium.
"They're in the process of terminating his agreement and if he chose to come back to Australia, it's obvious that he would speak to Melbourne Victory," Allsopp's agent Ritchie Hinton told the Herald Sun.
"If he came back, Victory would be a natural option, but all 10 clubs would be interested in him.
"A few people have called and I told them all the same thing: we'd be wasting everyone's time at the moment until there is a decision on whether he comes back to Australia.
"If he comes back, he would then decide who he wanted to talk to and we'd take it from there."
