Allegri tells friends: I will win with Juventus…then Arsenal!

Juventus manager Max Allegri has reportedly told close friends that he covets the Arsenal job.

Calciomercato is reporting that the Bianconeri boss is planning to win as much as possible this season with Juve before leaving for North London in the summer.

Allegri, 49, has been heavily linked with the Gunners role in recent months as uncertainty surrounding Arsene Wenger continues.

Adding further fuel to that fire is the Calciomercato report that indicates the noises are coming from Allegri's hometown of Livorno where the Juve boss let slip his plans at a dinner with friends.

It is understood that Allegri is ready to leave the Turin giants in the wake of his recent row with Leonardo Bonucci as he does not feel the club defended him enough.

Arsenal appears the most suitable destination especially seeing as Wenger may opt out after two decades at the helm come season's end.
