Allegri targets Ajax's Eriksen, Paulinho to introduce youth to AC Milan squad

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri wants to bring down the average age of his current squad.

Allegri has told Milan chiefs Adriano Galliani and Ariedo Braida to focus more on youth in the 2012 transfer windows, says Tuttosport.

Top of his shopping list is Ajax winger Christian Eriksen and Corinthians midfielder Paulinho.

Allegri wants a smooth transition and won't be seeking to dump his veterans to make way - including unsettled striker Pippo Inzaghi.
