Allegri satisfied with AC Milan victory

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri was pleased with their 2-0 win over Cagliari.

The Rossoneri eased to victory thanks to an own goal and a moment of magic from Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

“Tonight it was a difficult game, which is what I expected,” said Allegri. “We have climbed back up the table and I already saw on Saturday that the team was tired. There were difficulties and we played better in the second half, but the important thing was to get the three points.

“Ibra is generous and never pulls back. He is an extremely important player for us. Now we’ll see what the others do tomorrow.”
