AC Milan manager Massimiliano Allegri admits his squad is battling a number of injury worries at present.
The Italian giants are preparing for Wednesday night's Champions League visit of Celtic but will be without four key players in Riccardo Montolivo, Mattia De Sciglio, Ignazio Abate and Stephan El Shaarawy.
There are also a number of other injury problems within the Rossoneri squad and Allegri is worried ahead of the Group H fixture.
"The team needs to be tweaked," he said.
"We have to find the balance we have lost as we've changed the way we play.
"The performance against Torino didn't shock me as the team needs to be altered. We were poor and not good defensively.
"We need time because the players have to learn how each other plays and also to find the balance between defending and attack.
"We need to play more as a team and defend better but it will come and we knew it would be tough to change the way we play.
"Montolivo, Mattia De Sciglio, Ignazio Abate and Stephan El Shaarawy will not play on Wednesday. We'll make do with who we have.
"We are light in defence for the Celtic match and can't afford to make any mistakes."
