AC Milan coach Max Allegri has received an injury boost this week.

Alexandre Pato and Gennaro Gattuso returned to training over the break for international duty, though the midfielder still has blurred vision.

"Pato is doing well, but hasn't played for two months, so we'll have to see if he's ready to feature at the Stadio Franchi. Ringhio isn't ready yet and we must be cautious, but it was an important sign to train the way he did."
