Sam Allardyce will seek to bring in his own staff at Blackburn Rovers following his appointment yesterday as manager.

The Daily Mail says Allardyce knows he will not have the luxury of the same large support staff he enjoyed at Bolton and Newcastle.

But with Ray Mathias and Archie Knox set to follow Ince out of the door, he is expected to name a new assistant, with Neil McDonald and Gary Speed the early contenders.
