Avram Grant is holding his nerve at West Ham United.
The Daily Express says Grant was unmoved last night as speculation intensified that Sam Allardyce could be heading to Upton Park after his sacking at Blackburn.
After a number of bets, some bookies have made West Ham 2-1 favourites to be Allardyce's next club, with Grant also heading the betting at 5-4 to be the next managerial casualty.
But Grant, whose next match is at Blackburn on Saturday, is carrying on as normal, preparing intensively for a crucial run of four matches - Fulham, Everton and Wolves follow Rovers - during which he hopes to haul the Hammers off the foot of the table.
