Former Crystal Palace manager Sam Allardyce has ruled himself out of the running to become the next manager of Leicester City.
Following their slow start to the season, the Foxes sacked Craig Shakespeare following their 1-1 draw against West Brom in the Premier League earlier this week.
The 62 year Allardyce emerged as the bookies favorite to succeed Shakespeare. However he has since ruled himself out of the running claiming that he is enjoying his time away from the game and is in no rush to make a return to club management.
Allardyce said to talkSPORT: "As big a club it is and as much as I would love to manage Leicester, I don't think it is time for me.
"I'm not ready. Having been in it so long and how I felt at the end of last season, I am enjoying my life too much."
