West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce says Arsenal are fortunate to have manager Arsene Wenger.
Allardyce wrote in the London Evening Standard: "Looking back on his 18 years at the club, I feel many managers would have left after being told they would have to operate a different way for a few years because the money was being spent on a new stadium.
"With that in mind, I would say the club are fortunate to have kept Arsene for all this time.
"The old Arsenal board couldn't have dreamed they would have someone as good as Arsene still in charge as he approaches another milestone."
