West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is prepared to wait for new contract talks.

Allardyce must wait until the summer to hear if West Ham want to keep him.

"The owners are no different now to what they have been in my entire time here," Allardyce told Talksport on Friday morning.

"Waiting until the season, as they did last time when we first got back in the premier league and finished 10th, that was sorted out at the end of the season, and it will be the same for this contract."
