All is well at Swansea despite heavy workload

Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup feels the 2013/14 season is coming along nicely for the club.

The Swans sit 10th on the Premier League table with 20 points following Sunday's1-1 draw with Norwich City, which could be an improvement on last season, and are also into the knockout stage of the Europa League.

Laudrup says the aim is to beat 25 points by the 19-game mark of the league campaign and continue rolling along in Europe as best they can.

"I look at the points. It's a draw, and we've reached 20 points already after 16 games," he told Sky Sports.

"Last year we had 25 at the halfway stage, so let's see how far we can go.

"Today was the 27th game already I think, but everybody's playing and they feel a part of the squad. We just hope we can keep on going.

"We've played seven in the last 20 days, and all the travel problems with delays makes it difficult. It's what we wanted this season however. We're in Europe, and we're all happy.

"It's been a tough couple of weeks, and it could have been better this week. In the end, the bigger picture shows that we've got the points and we're into the last 32 in Europe."
