All go for Aberdeen as Vujadinovic obtains work permit

Aberdeen have been granted a work permit for defender Nikola Vujadinovic.

The 24-year-old Serbian-born Montenegrin had signed a loan deal from Udinese after impressing on trial at Pittodrie last week.

Dons director of football Willie Miller told his club website: "We're delighted that Nikola has been given the green light to play in the SPL."

Vujadinovic, a former Montenegro Under-21 international, joined Udinese in 2008 but was on loan to Romanians Unirea Alba Iulia last season.

Aberdeen concluded the paperwork for the move before the closure of the transfer window.

"We believe he will prove to be a quality signing who can play in several positions," added Miller.
